The Color Codes Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, has a clear vision to empower and encourage underprivileged women and girls all over the world. We believe that the strength of a woman can change the destiny of a nation. Through its Second Chance Champions Business Academy, the Color Codes Foundation works with Justice-Involved women and girls to create a structured education and finance plan that will help reduce the rate of recidivism. We are committed to encouraging healthy pathways for reentry and sustainability into our communities.
Our goal is to promote independence through our education and financial literacy workshops. Both critical in navigating the challenges of life after incarceration. Our Sister Bonds Mentorship program establishes connection, support, and accountability to women as they build their lives after release. We understand that second chances are possible. Empowering and uplifting all women to do and be their best is what we stand by.
